The benefits of working out with a personal trainer are endless; people of any age and experience level can see better results and live a healthier lifestyle. A personal trainer will help create a unique workout plan to fit your individual needs and goals, and can accommodate injuries or other obstacles that might otherwise prevent you from exercising.

 

Starter Package

Our Starter Package includes five 1-hour personal training sessions to get you started on your personal fitness goals! It’s an excellent choice for new members without gym experience and is customizable for all skills and abilities. Once you have completed your Starter Package for the academic term, you can purchase an individualized package through your certified personal trainer.

We look forward to helping you achieve your goals and designing a package to fit your budget!

Please note, ARC Membership is required to access Personal Training.
